Tamanna’s life has been shaped by struggle, responsibility, and quiet courage. Living in Indra Colony, Faridabad, she faced hardships at a very young age when she lost her father. His absence left not only an emotional void but also a heavy financial burden on the family. With limited resources and no stable support system, Tamanna and her mother were forced to navigate life’s challenges on their own.
Before Tamanna received any formal training, the family survived on an income of nearly ₹8,000 per month. Her mother was the sole earning member, carrying the full responsibility of the household. Ensuring daily necessities, managing expenses, and supporting her daughter’s education became an overwhelming task. Tamanna herself struggled to complete even basic education due to financial constraints and lack of exposure. Opportunities seemed distant, and confidence was hard to build in an environment where survival came first.
Yet, within Tamanna lived a deep desire to change her circumstances—not just for herself, but for her mother who had sacrificed so much.
Hope entered her life when she got the opportunity to enroll in training at Impact 360 Foundation’s Kaushal Vikash Kendra, Faridabad- a CSR initiative of Goodyear India Limited. This training proved to be a turning point. For Tamanna, it was more than skill development—it was a journey of self-discovery. She was exposed to professional behavior, communication skills, computer knowledge, and workplace etiquette for the first time.
With continuous mentoring and support, Tamanna gradually overcame her hesitation and self-doubt. The training gave her confidence, discipline, and belief in her own abilities. She learned how to present herself, interact professionally, and prepare for employment—skills that transformed her outlook on life.
Today, Tamanna is working as a Receptionist at SSB Hospital, Faridabad, where she has been employed for the past five months. She earns a monthly salary of ₹12,000, marking a significant milestone in her life. Her contribution has increased the family’s total monthly income to approximately ₹20,000.
The change at home is profound. The financial responsibility no longer rests solely on her mother. Tamanna has become a strong pillar of support, standing shoulder to shoulder with her mother in managing household expenses. The burden has eased, and with it, hope has grown.
Tamanna’s journey from a life filled with struggle, limited education, and lack of exposure to a confident working professional is truly inspiring. She is not just earning a salary—she is earning respect, independence, and self-worth.
Her success story reflects the powerful impact of skill-based training by Impact 360 Foundation and CSR initiative of by Goodyear India Limited, which enable young women like Tamanna to rewrite their futures. Today, Tamanna looks ahead with confidence, carrying dreams that once seemed impossible, and proving that with the right support, even the most difficult beginnings can lead to meaningful success.
